Referral Leads

When a new lead is referred, it must have the following:

  1. Asking Price
  2. Photos OR comprehensive description of condition
  3. Motivation (hybrid of price and situation)
  4. Referrer MUST do some work on the lead.
    1. Do NOT send it because someone says, “Hello”.
    2. Comps and ARV are attempted
    3. We need to see some work attempted. They can need our help.
  5. We will Push Back this lead to the referrer or VA to continue to follow up on lead
    1. Exceptions will be made per opportunity
