  6. Do you have other properties?
  7. How should we follow up?
  8. On this property, we run numbers and get back
    1. If you have other properties, we make you Tier 1
    2. If this is an infrequent event, Tier 3
  9. Send to Underwrite Buy Price if Agent responds:
    1. Put it in writing
    2. Get me your number
    3. No way
  10. Otherwise, Opportunity Card remains in 2️⃣ LM Pipeline
