    2. Multiple properties are input as individual
    3. This occurs prior to conversation
  2. Have the conversation
    1. Can be text or phone
    2. Determine anything else we need about property to evaluate
  3. Deal Evaluation
    1. Are we going to work on the property Underwrite
    2. Disqualify
      1. SOLD
      2. No work needed
      3. Not in the right area (I.e., flood zone)
  4. Underwrite
    1. Pipeline: Agent Off Market Leads
    2. Stage: Underwrite
